I'm passionate about helping people heal from the worst moments and seasons of their lives. Using cutting edge brain-body techniques and a warm safe space to process and heal.
3.
Pregnancy/Infant Loss Bereavement
Sitting with individuals and couples as they face the loss of a baby is a privilege that is very close to my heart. Let me help you walk through darkness and learn to hold light and dark at the same time.
4.
Grief Care
Loss can be complicated and painful. I have done intensive training in Compassionate Bereavement Care™ and count it a privilege to enter into the sacred space of grieving with those of us left behind.
Inclusivity
Racial and cultural awareness is extremely important to me and I strive to learn as much as I can about my clients and all the facets of their history, family and current experiences. I maintain a value of openness to people of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, genders and abilities.
Spirituality
I have been trained through years of study to treat wholistically and not ignore the spirituality of each client. Faith can often be an asset to our healing so though I will never impose my personal beliefs, I love to access a client's faith as a resource and incorporate that into our work together as much or as little as they like.

My Approach
My passion is walking with people through challenges towards health. I offer counseling services for individuals. I have worked in counseling for over 11 years in various settings. I have worked with survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, crisis counseling, and private practice where I have served clients with a broad spectrum of concerns. I have pursued specialized training in trauma as well as spirituality. My goal is to integrate all of these things to create a safe space for you to heal your hurts and achieve your goals.
About me
I have been passionate about helping people process their thoughts, feelings and hurts since I was a teenager! I view this career as a calling and perfect fit for how I am wired. I continue to learn and grow as a therapist both through constant professional training as well as my own life experiences that allow me to increase my empathy and skill in helping others.
