About Me
I have been passionate about helping people process their thoughts, feelings and hurts since I was a teenager! I view this career as a calling and perfect fit for how I am wired. I continue to learn and grow as a therapist both through constant professional training as well as my own life experiences that allow me to increase my empathy and skill in helping others.

I have a Master of Science degree in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University and a BA in Psychology and Religion from the College of William & Mary. Along with National Certification and State Licensure, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am also Certified in Compassionate Bereavement Care™.

I count it a sacred privilege to sit with people in their pain and hold out hope when they cannot muster it themselves. In other cases therapy is much lighter and I value building a relationship where I can coach clients through adjustments or help equip them with skills for life tasks. Wherever you are on your journey, having a safe place to process can be an asset in helping you get all that you want out of life!
