Hi there,
As I'm seeing clients and going through this crisis myself I'm coming across some helpful resources and just want to pass them on in case you or someone you know may benefit. This is mentally and emotionally challenging for all of us whether we're experiencing this as just a pause to normal life or a life-altering trauma.
